I had a good experience with CatchThatBus. I used their mobile website instead of their app and I found it rather interactive as I needed a bus ticket urgently back then. The e-ticket came quite quickly as well, I didn have a delay of some sort.

I had a little trouble boarding though as I didnt know if I needed to board by bus with a printed ticket or not, luckily their customer service was able to assist me and I got to Malacca just in time.

So yeah, I would strongly recommend giving them a try.
